Sheena Perfect Pairs - Introducing New Die Cuts

I'm so excited to share a design featuring Sheena's new stamp images and matching dies! If you visit my blog, you know that I am a huge fan of Sheena. I also love designing scenes. These images are from Sheena Douglass Perfect Partners - Enjoy the Silence. The matching die cut tree is from a set called Sheena Decorative Metal Die - The Old Tree.

The images are stamped onto Ultra Smooth Premium White Cardstock and airbrushed with the eBrush System with Spectrum Noir Markers TB2, DG1, GB2, (air pressure 3 - high pressure for a smoother blend) TN9 (air pressure 1 - low pressure for a more speckled/textured look). TIP: always test on a scrap piece of paper before brushing onto your good piece.

I used my eBosser to cut the tree die. I edged around the tree with a black water-based marker.  With Sheena's new release, there are 10 stamp sets and 14 coordinating die sets. It's coming very soon!! The finished card size is 5 1/4" square.

Party Time Tuesday - Anything Goes

Crafter's Companion is sponsoring Party Time Tuesday for the February Anything Goes Challenge. I have the pleasure of participating as a Guest Designer.

My design features images from Stamp-It Australia EZMount Stamp Set Spring - Dreamy Daisies.

I inked up the flower image with a Memento LUXE Ink Pad tuxedo black, stamped onto Ultra Smooth Premium White Cardstocksprinkled emboss powder and heat set.  I added color with Spectrum Noir Ink Refills CT1, CT3, GB6 and a paintbrush - the colors are so pretty and rich.  I worked in one area at a time filling in color, cleaning my brush with alcohol in-between colors.

NOTE: the ink will dry fast so it's best to work in one area at a time.
TIP: If you need to lighten an area or if you get ink someplace you don't want it, use the Spectrum Noir Marker Blender.

The base card is Shimmering Cards yellow pearl.  I stamped images randomly using an India ink pad. I layered the focal image over Shimmering Cardstock black pearl and used The Ultimate Tool to make that perfect little bow. The sentiment is embossed to make it really pop.

Bloom & Grow

Sharing another sneak peek of the new Bebunni Floral Release. The image on my design is from the Bloom & Grow set. There are 8 rubber stamp sets, 1 CD-ROM and 10 dies coming soon!

The sweet little image is stamped onto Ultra Smooth Premium White Cardstock and colored with Spectrum Noir Blendable Colored Pencils - 017, 020, 030, 057, 108, 066, 117 - using Spectrum Noir Paper Stumps and Spectrum Noir Blending Solution to produce a smooth blend.

The background layer is the Embossalicious Cakes Galore folder run through my eBosser on Shimmering Cardstock rose pearl. The flower die is Die'sire Classiques Cupcake Insert Die - Flower on Shimmering Cardstock white pearl. I edged all the layers with a black water-based marker for a nice finished look.

The flower is popped it up with Double Sided Adhesive Foam Circles. I edged the button with a Sharpie and adhered it with Collall All Purpose Glue.
