Creating Texture Underwater

I really enjoy finding different ways to create texture with my supplies. I dig the way the water turned out in this little underwater scene - it almost looks like a photo.

For the background, I spritzed a small amount of water onto High Gloss Cardstock, dripped distress inks refills, and brayered very lightly. I then stamped in some underwater foliage at the bottom.  After the ink dried, I stamped again with darker green.
