On March 4, 2012, Art Impressions received the heartbreaking news that one of the babies being cared for by a local charity they support had just passed away. Obediah was only three months old and very sick when he was brought to Open Arms Village in Eldoret, Kenya. Their team did everything they could for him, but because baby Obediah didn't have the medical care he needed much earlier, within 24 hrs of coming to the Village, he was gone.
Art Impressions pledges to donate 100% of all proceeds of the 2013 Limited Edition stamp to the Obediah Fund, which will support Open Arms International's Kambi Teso outreach. This collector's stamp will ONLY be available from November 20, 2012 to May 20, 2013! After May 20, the molds will be destroyed and it will never be sold again.
