Crafter's Companion is celebrating their Birthday Week : Oct 20-27. Be sure to visit to see what fabulous deals are being offered!
To celebrate, I am giving away this adorable Bebunni EZMount Stamp Set - Bebunni Celebration.
To win, please leave a comment on this post with what technique you would use to color the bunny with balloons. Your post has to be dated before Oct 27th midnight Pacific time. Winners must be residents of the US over 18. I will choose a winner with the random generator and post on October 29th.
Here's what I made with this cute image.
The main image is stamped onto Ultra Smooth Premium White Cardstock and colored with Spectrum Noir Markers I used a combination of direct coloring to the cardstock and also tip to tip - use lighter shade to apply color to cardstock. I colored the bunny with BG1, BG2, PL1 and then made dots with the Blender to give a bit of texture. The balloons were colored with:
BT1, BT2, BT4, BT5
OR1, CR8
LG2, LG4
CT2, CT4
BP1, BP2, BP3
OR1, CR8
LG2, LG4
CT2, CT4
BP1, BP2, BP3
I used the Blender to "pull some color out" for the highlights on the balloons. I added a fluffy tail from my stash. The background design paper and matching tag inside the card are from October Downloadable Papers.

Adorable
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute and adorable image and love how you used it in your card. If I had that image I would be using my Spectrum Noir alcohol pens. I have the pencils too, but in this case I think the pens would be better.

I'd use the spectrum noir and do similar to what you did, using the blender to pull out color for the highlights.
